Mid–Senior Level Employment Litigation Associate

Location: San Diego, CA (hybrid)

Salary Range: $230,000 – $270,000

Our client, a nationally recognized firm, is seeking a mid-to-senior level employment litigation associate (4–7 years) to join its Irvine office. This is a strong opportunity to work on sophisticated wage and hour and discrimination matters while taking on meaningful responsibility within a collaborative, high-performing team.

This role is available in the following CA locations: Irvine, CA | San Francisco, CA | Sacramento, CA (Hybrid)

What You’ll Work On:

• Defending wage and hour claims, including class, collective, and PAGA actions

• Litigating employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters

• Drafting and responding to pleadings and written discovery

• Preparing and arguing motions

• Taking and defending depositions

• Managing matters independently with direct client interaction

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–7 years of employment litigation experience

• Strong background in wage and hour class actions and PAGA defense

• Experience handling discrimination and harassment claims

• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

• Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing skills

• California Bar admission required

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range of $230,000 – $270,000 (DOE)
