Location: San Diego, CA (hybrid)
Salary Range: $230,000 – $270,000
Our client, a nationally recognized firm, is seeking a mid-to-senior level employment litigation associate (4–7 years) to join its Irvine office. This is a strong opportunity to work on sophisticated wage and hour and discrimination matters while taking on meaningful responsibility within a collaborative, high-performing team.
This role is available in the following CA locations: Irvine, CA | San Francisco, CA | Sacramento, CA (Hybrid)
What You’ll Work On:
Defending wage and hour claims, including class, collective, and PAGA actions
Litigating employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters
Drafting and responding to pleadings and written discovery
Preparing and arguing motions
Taking and defending depositions
Managing matters independently with direct client interaction
What We’re Looking For:
4–7 years of employment litigation experience
Strong background in wage and hour class actions and PAGA defense
Experience handling discrimination and harassment claims
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing skills
California Bar admission required
JD from an ABA-accredited law school

Base salary range of $230,000 – $270,000 (DOE)
