$45.00/hour starting pay
Monday–Friday, flexible scheduling, no weekends
The Home health Physical Therapist can expect 2–6 visits daily
Travel averages 50 miles, may extend to 100 miles
Federal-rate mileage reimbursement

Home Health Physical Therapist Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice with current certifications and credentials
Experience in home health care or outpatient rehabilitation, with the ability to manage multiple patient visits per day
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills, including proficiency with electronic medical records (WellSky EMR preferred)
