Seeking 3-5 year associates with general litigation experience and/or labor and employment experience including:

• Class action and representative actions
• Single plaintiff
• General employment advice and counsel 
• Discovery, drafting motions and briefs, and conducting/defending depositions
• Evidentiary hearings, status conferences, arguing dispositive motions, and trial
• Research and writing skills

Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the State of California.
