3rd Shift - Ganesh Swiss Style Lathe Operator

Work Now Staffing is looking to hire Lathe Operator - Ganesh Swiss Style for our Clearwater, FL client.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Shift: 3rd: Train on first shift 7:00am - 3:30pm, then transition to 3rd shift Sunday 10:00pm- 7:30am , Monday - Thursday 11:15pm - 7:30am

Job Details: Responsible for operating Ganesh Swiss-style CNC lathes to manufacture precision components. Candidate will train on 1st shift and transition to 3rd shift.

• Operate and monitor Ganesh Swiss CNC machines
• Review and interpret blueprints and part drawings
• Conduct quality checks using precision measuring equipment
• Maintain production efficiency while ensuring part accuracy
• Perform routine machine maintenance tasks

• Previous experience on Multi Spindle Multi-Axis Machine (Ganesh Swiss Style Lathe)
• Blueprint reading required
• Measuring tool experience
• Commitment to quality workmanship
• Strong attendance record
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn
• No phone use on plant floor
