An excellent opportunity is available for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join a growing hospital-employed ENT practice in Oklahoma. This position offers immediate patient volume due to strong regional demand and limited ENT coverage in the area. Physicians will step into a well-supported practice environment with strong referral relationships and the ability to build a busy schedule quickly. The role offers flexibility in shaping your clinical scope while maintaining a balanced clinic and surgical schedule. With modern facilities, strong anesthesia support, and an experienced care team, physicians can focus on delivering high-quality care. A guaranteed $500,000 base salary with RVU productivity incentives provides exceptional income potential with the ability to exceed the guaranteed compensation.
Practice, Compensation & Organization Highlights
- Hospital-employed ENT position with long-term stability
- Established team including 1 ENT physician and 1 full-time Nurse Practitioner
- Immediate patient demand with strong regional referral base
- Approximately 50% new patients daily
- Typical clinic volume of 14–16 patients per day
- Ability to customize practice scope within a broad general ENT practice
- Adult and pediatric ENT procedures including tonsils, adenoids, and ear tubes
- Nasal and sinus surgery with treatment of chronic sinus disease
- Evaluation and management of voice and airway disorders
- Treatment of epistaxis, nasal fractures, and vertigo/dizziness conditions
- Head and neck oncology cases not required and may be referred
- Dedicated outpatient surgery center with 12 operating rooms
- Efficient OR turnover with strong anesthesia support (MDAs and CRNAs)
- Well-equipped ENT clinic with scopes and microscopes
- APP support assisting with follow-ups and clinic efficiency
- Guaranteed $500,000 base salary with RVU production upside
- $50,000 sign-on bonus and $8,000 relocation assistance
