Our client, a highly regarded international law firm with a premier New York office, is seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Paralegal to support its dynamic Real Estate and Finance practice. The Transactional Paralegal will play a key role in supporting attorneys through all phases of complex commercial transactions, including real estate acquisitions and dispositions, asset-backed finance matters, UCC filings, and structured finance transactions.
