Technology & Clinical Systems

Sterilization, OSHA, & Infection Control

• Sterilize instruments and maintain operatory cleanliness according to OSHA and CDC standards.
• Adhere to all OSHA regulations for safety and infection control.
• Participate in maintaining instruments, equipment, and proper documentation.
• Ensure that all hygiene protocols and sterilization procedures are followed daily.

Scheduling & Flow Management

• Maintain an efficient schedule and stay on time to support patient flow.
• Pre-appoint patients for future visits as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the front office and clinical team regarding patient needs or schedule adjustments.

Experience Requirements

• Prior dental hygiene experience not required; new graduates welcome.
• Compliance with state licensure requirements.
• Local anesthesia certification recommended where applicable but not mandatory.
