Location: Watertown, New York

Schedule: Full-time, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (every other weekend)

Compensation: $73K - $90K per year + $10,000 sign-on bonus (two-year commitment)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join a collaborative healthcare team. In this role, you will play a key part in improving patient outcomes by delivering high-quality respiratory therapy and conducting specialized sleep studies in accordance with established protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct polysomnography testing, including routine nocturnal studies, daytime studies, and multiple sleep latency testing, under the supervision of the Medical Director.
• Maintain accurate patient records, both electronic and paper-based, including data entry into billing and patient care systems.
• Assess and address age-specific needs of patients using an understanding of growth and development principles.
• Assist with EEG testing as needed.
• Ensure all care provided adheres to patient safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification (required).
• Licensed by the State of New York as an RT or RTT with authorization to perform oxygen therapy, CPAP, or bi-level titrations (required).
• At least one year of respiratory therapy experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
