Litigation Attorney - 2315978

LOCATION: Beverly Hills, CA

PAY RANGE: $115K - $180K

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in management of a diverse caseload of individual employment matters from inception through resolution.
• Produce high-quality work product, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents to support case strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and strategic advice throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop and implement effective case strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.



Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in employment litigation.
• Exceptional legal writing and research skills.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
