• Provide emergency treatment, complex assessments, and diagnoses for critically ill or injured patients.

• Maintain compliance with all certifications, protocols, and safety standards.

• Certification: Active paramedic certification in California.
• Experience: At least 3 years (5 years preferred) in a 911/pre-hospital service setting.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP preferred).
• Specialized Credentials: FP-C certification within 24 months of hire.
• Physical Requirements: Body weight below 235 lbs; ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Preferred: Flight or transport experience and a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.

• Pay Range: $66,000–$81,170 annually.
• Bonuses:
  • Up to 25% location bonus.
  • Sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for California candidates.
