Physical Therapist Needed

Location: Des Moines, Washington
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist who values practical, hands-on care. You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and mobility issues, helping them move better and return to their routines. This role is centered on consistent, one-on-one care in a structured outpatient environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient condition and physical function
• Develop and carry out individualized therapy plans
• Guide patients through strength, mobility, and balance exercises
• Reassess progress and update treatment strategies
• Educate patients on injury prevention and recovery
• Maintain complete and organized documentation
• Collaborate with the clinical team as needed

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Washington PT license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical judgment
