Cassady Ave. This assignment starts in April and must be filled immediately.

Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: 7:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m.

The House Manager must be dependable, attentive, organized, and ready to help maintain quality support, proper communication, and smooth daily operations in the home.

What Youll Be Doing
The House Manager plays a key role in helping the home run smoothly each day. This position is responsible for maintaining structure, supporting staff, helping ensure quality care, and keeping communication flowing between the home and leadership. Documentation is a critical part of this role. If you didnt document it, it didnt happen. Accurate, timely, and detailed documentation is one of the most important responsibilities in the home.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Help oversee daily operations of the home
Support staff with direction, accountability, and problem-solving
Monitor the clients health, safety, routines, and overall well-being
Review and help ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time
Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and structured environment
Communicate important updates, concerns, and changes to leadership promptly
Assist with appointments, routines, meals, activities, and household needs as needed
Be available on call to help address urgent staffing or house-related concerns

Requirements

Medication Administration 1 (Med Admin 1) required
DODD training/certifications required
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
BCI/FBI background check
Reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Prior leadership, supervisory, or house management experience preferred
Professional, respectful, dependable, attentive, and organized at all times
