SETSS Provider for a HS student in Dyker Heights

We are urgently looking for a High School SETSS provider who specializes in reading for September to do 5 hours during the week. Services must be done at home in Dyker Heights Brooklyn and provider has to be able to work with High School Students.
-Preferably someone with a car since the location is far from the subway.
