Labor and Employment Associate

A Top Am Law 100 Law firm that represents the majority of the Fortune 100 and more than half of the Fortune 500 companies is is seeking an associate to join the labor and employment team.

The Labor and Employment group works collaboratively with clients and colleagues in matters throughout the United States, and from our offices in London, Paris and Munich. Their practice covers the full range of labor and employment matters.

Key responsibilities

• Primarily employer-side litigation, with some advice and investigations work.
• Litigation is mostly class and representative actions, both wage and hour and discrimination
• Experience in the class actions space would be helpful.

Key Qualifications

2+ years in a peer law firm in the employment space would likely have requisite experience.
