Job Type: LPN full time, 40 plus hours weekly, Starts ASAP, ongoing assignment, every other weekend required. 24-48 hour onboarding process if you have your documents ready to upload.

Rate: $46 hourly, WEEKLY PAY

• Large ~270-bed skilled nursing facility
• Long-term care, rehab, and memory care (~70 beds)
• Busy, high-acuity environment with consistent need

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Medication administration (PO, injections, treatments)
• Monitor and assess residents
• Perform treatments and wound care
• Supervise CNAs and delegate tasks
• Charting and documentation
• Communicate with RNs, physicians, and care team
• Respond to changes in patient condition

WHAT YOU NEED

• Active CT LPN license or compact
• SNF / LTC experience REQUIRED preferably with agency
• Strong clinical and medication skills
• Comfortable supervising CNAs
• Must work every other weekend (NO exceptions)
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment
