During standby assignments, you will be responsible for rapid response to emergencies and critical interventions, including airway management, ventilator setup and monitoring, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and arterial blood gas testing. Set up and operate respiratory therapy equipment safely and accurately.
Monitor telemetry when required due to staffing or operational needs.
Maintain accurate patient and departmental records, ensuring compliance with quality assurance and infection control policies.
