Respiratory Therapist - 12 hour shifts

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our care team and help our residents breathe easier and live better.

Responsibilities Include:

• Administering respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Monitoring and evaluating patient progress, documenting care accurately.
• Assisting in emergency respiratory interventions as needed.
• Educating residents and families on respiratory care and equipment use.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Ohio.
• CRT or RRT credential (NBRC certified).
• Prior experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
