Position: Pediatric Dental Hygienist

A well-established, patient-focused pediatric dental practice in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dental Hygienist to join their full-time clinical team. Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $48–$55 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pediatric dental hygiene procedures, including coronal polishing
• Take and review dental radiographs as needed
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist in maintaining a positive, calm, and child-friendly environment
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control protocols
• Work collaboratively with dentists and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Dental Hygienist license
• Coronal polishing certification required
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Gentle chairside manner with children of all ages
