TIG Welders - Night Shift - $27+ DOE

TIG Welder – PM Shift

3pm -11:30pm

Pay: $26.00–$29.00/hour DOE
Shift Differential: +$1.00/hour for PM shift
Shift: PM Shift (plate weld test required)
Hours: Full-time with overtime opportunities based on production demand

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on plate and fabricated components to specification

• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings

• Maintain weld quality and meet production standards

• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality

• Work with stainless steel and aluminum materials

• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

• Recent TIG welding experience on plate required

• Ability to pass a plate weld test

• Strong blueprint reading and weld symbol interpretation skills

• Experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work assigned PM shift consistently
