Travel: All inclusive-They have onsite lodging a minute walk from facility

Schedule: 5 x 8's - 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

EMR: RPMS

EXPERIENCE/ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• OT experience in both in and outpatient
• 45-hr block with patients
• PPD 7

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS/Certifications

• Any state
