Associate Attorney

About You:
We are seeking a junior or early-career Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of litigation experience. This role is ideal for someone who has had exposure to managing aspects of a case independently and is looking to build a strong foundation in litigation within a supportive and growth-focused firm.

What You'll Do:
• Support litigation matters across business, employment, matrimonial, and trust & estate practice areas
• Handle discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery demands and document review
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and pleadings
• Assist with procedural aspects of cases, including court filings and case management
• Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy, trial preparation, and evidence development
• Take on increasing responsibility for discrete portions of cases as experience grows

Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of litigation experience (law firm experience preferred)
• Experience with pleadings, discovery, and legal research and writing
• Exposure to handling at least 1–2 matters or components of cases with some level of independence
• Strong written and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple assignments
• Admission to the New York State Bar (or pending admission)
