Global law firm and top 200 Amlaw firm seeks an associate to join its Corporate Practice Group in any of their New York, Washington, D.C., or Boston offices.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of corporate experience. Experience representing business in the life sciences industry in general corporate matters, venture capital financings, M&A and/or capital markets transactions. Candidates are expected to have experience at a national or international law firm, exceptional credentials, and a great attitude.
