Heartline Staffing is seeking an experienced Travel School Occupational Therapist for a high-demand travel assignment.

This role supports students in a school-based setting, focusing on improving functional skills and independence to enhance academic success. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams in an educational environment.

Compensation:
Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, compensation packages are customized for each traveler.

Schedule:
• Day shift, 5x7.5
• Hours: 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• 42-week assignment
• Schedule follows school calendar

Unit Details:
• School-based therapy setting
• Pediatric student population
• Academic and functional support environment
• Collaborative multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school requirements
• Support student independence and functional skill development

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in state of assignment or ability to obtain
• Minimum clinical experience required in school or pediatric setting
• BLS certification required
• Additional certifications may be required depending on facility
• Prior travel experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and pediatric therapy skills required
