Principal Civil Engineer - PE

Regional multi discipline engineering company with a strong base of business across all service lines is looking for a lead Civil PE to manage the civil design and engineering group for commercial, residential and public works projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of progressive engineering, project management and people leadership experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer that is standing in line behind other directors but ready to take on a group of your own. The team is an established group with approximately 20 people including civil EITs, designers and cad techs.

Requirements:

• BS Degree
• Civil PE
• 15 years progressive design engineering experience
• Commercial, residential and public works knowledge
• AutoCAD civil 3d knowledge to lead others
• P&L responsibilities for a department or projects
• Project Management and Business development a huge plus
