Direct Counsel is partnering with an AmLaw 10 law firm to identify a talented Litigation Associate (1–6 years of experience) to join its highly regarded litigation practice in Boston.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Assist with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

• Support litigation strategy on complex commercial disputes

• Collaborate with partners and clients on high-profile litigation matters

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of litigation experience at a law firm or comparable legal environment

• Excellent legal research and writing skills

• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities

• Outstanding academic credentials

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative litigation environment

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar required

Compensation
