Inside Sales/Customer Service
Are you ready to bring your A-game to the fast-paced world of fasteners? Our client is looking for a dynamic Inside Sales/Customer Service pro who can manage customer accounts, attend trade shows, and prepare quotes—while keeping an eye on sales trends.

Here’s what you’ll do:
  • Build relationships with customers and ensure they’re taken care of.
  • Attend trade shows and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Read blueprints and prepare accurate quotes.
  • Run sales reports and keep data accurate
  • Collaborate with engineering/quality departments to keep the sales process moving.
What you bring:
  • Fastener industry experience required.
  • A knack for staying organized and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
This is a direct hire, on-site position.
Hourly pay, $50,000-70,000/year, depending on experience.
