Corporate Capital Markets Associate

A top 20 AmLaw firm is is seeking an associate to join their Corporate department.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Experience in representing public and private companies and underwriters in capital markets transactions including initial public offerings, secondary and follow-on offerings, and de-SPAC transactions, as well as advising on public company governance and reporting.
