Position Overview


The Full-Time HVAC Installer will be responsible for residential system installations, equipment change-outs, and supporting the installation team on full system replacements.

This role is focused primarily on installations (not service-heavy), making it ideal for installers who enjoy build-outs, precision work, and clean mechanical setups.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including:
  
  
  • Furnaces
    
    
  • Air Conditioners
    
    
  • Heat Pumps
    
    
  • Boilers
    
    
  • Ductless Systems
    
    
• Complete equipment change-outs and full system installations
  
  
• Fabricate and modify ductwork as needed
  
  
• Follow manufacturer specifications and local mechanical codes
  
  
• Ensure clean, organized, and professional job sites
  
  
• Properly start up and test systems after installation
  
  
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members
  
  
• Represent Region Home Services professionally at all times
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
  
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude
  
  
• Ability to read installation manuals and basic wiring diagrams
  
  
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  
  
• EPA Certification (required)
  
  
• Own basic hand tools
  
  
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  
  
• Comfortable working in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and rooftops
