Job Title: Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician
Pay: $33 to $44 per hour (based on licenses and experience)

What You Will Do

• Diagnose and repair complex residential HVAC systems.
• Run standard maintenance solo within weeks and take on full service calls independently after a 30 day onboarding.
• Manage personal job stock and complete daily billing paperwork.
• Work with diverse manufacturers and modern smart thermostats.

What We Need

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• A team player who is highly coachable and great with customers.
• Applicable industry licenses.
