Director of Rehabilitation Services (PT/OT)

We are hiring a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy team within a skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) with leadership experience in a SNF setting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
• Supervise, mentor, and support PT and OT staff
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care plans
• Monitor outcomes and adjust programs to improve patient results
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
• Participate in staff training and performance management

Qualifications:

• Licensed PT or OT (required)
• Minimum 3 years of skilled nursing facility experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of rehab regulations and best practices
