Job Title: Scaffolding Helper / Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable Scaffolding Helpers to support scaffold erection and dismantling operations in a shipyard/industrial environment. This position involves carrying scaffold materials, assisting scaffold builders, working at heights, and maintaining safe job sites.

Candidates must be physically capable of heavy lifting and comfortable working in elevated and industrial environments.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly

• Ability to work at heights and use fall protection equipment

• Comfortable climbing ladders and scaffold structures

• Ability to work 40–60 hours per week, including overtime

• Strong commitment to safety

• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous scaffold helper experience

• Shipyard or industrial construction experience
