Candidates should have experience running deals and working on larger teams. Strong possibility for partnership for the right candidate.
Attorneys must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate law, handling middle to large cap mergers and acquisitions. Strong academic credentials are prior experience to working in a large law firm are a must.
