Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Job Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00pm - 5:00pm

Locations: Texas City and Galveston, TX (As needed)

Temporary to hire

Starting Pay Rate: $29.00/ hour + (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Program Manager, Youth and Family Services, with oversight from the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Coordinate and manage medication clinics, including medication administration and documentation.
• Provide support to prescribing providers during patient visits and follow-up.
• Collect urine specimens from male probation clients in accordance with established procedures and compliance requirements.
• Deliver patient and family education, including medication-related rehabilitative services that promote recovery.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, social workers, and case managers to ensure coordinated care.
• Promote a respectful, compassionate, and supportive atmosphere for youth and families.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Active Texas LVN license required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience required..
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing patient needs.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and maintaining professional standards.
