Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)
$80,000 – $85,000 per year | Flexible Schedule | Travel Between Homes
We’re looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy in patients’ homes. You’ll help improve independence, safety, and quality of life while working autonomously with a supportive team.
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
Provide OT services focused on ADLs/IADLs
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and safety
Recommend and assess adaptive equipment and home modifications
Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Requirements:
OT license and graduate of an accredited program
1+ year OT experience (home health preferred)
Strong communication and clinical skills
