School Nurse LPN 1:1 - complex medical needs

We are seeking a compassionate and experiencedLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to provide1:1 care for a medically complex studentin a school setting in Fleetwood, PA. This is afull-time positionfor the remainder of the current school year, with services continuing throughESY (Extended School Year)and a strong opportunity toextend into the next school yearfor the right fit.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time: approximately37.540 hours per week

• MondayFriday schedule

• Bus ride required: Nurse will accompany the student from home to school and back each day

• Transportation time is fully paid

• Approximate schedule:7:40 AM pickup 3:00 PM drop-off

• Immediate start available

Student Care Needs Include:

• Seizure monitoring

• G-tube care

• Cerebral palsy support

• Incontinence care

• Non-verbal communication support

• Complex medical needs (including d-bifunctional disease)

• Wheelchair assistance

• Manual transfers required (two-person assist)

Qualifications:

• ActivePennsylvania LPN license

• Experience with pediatric and/or medically complex patients preferred

• Comfortable with mobility support and hands-on care

• Ability to obtain/maintain requiredPA Clearances
