Inside Sales will provide commercial support to account managers and customers including preparing quotations, processing orders, completing related electronic and paper documentation, helping to resolve commercial disputes, and maintaining an on-going business relationship with account managers and customers that is mutually beneficial to both the customer and Southwest Electric.
Inside Sales Key Responsibilities:

• Review customer requests
• Prepare quotations
• Act as primary sales support
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales
• Follow up on open quotations
• Provide reports to management

Requirements:

Inside Sales:

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years related experience in product support, customer service, inside sales, or proposal support.
  
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Valid driver’s license; must pass background and drug screening
