Diesel Technician

Must have 5 years experience with Heavy Construction Equipment and / or Commercial Vehicles. Caterpillar, Deere, John Deere, Volvo, Komatsu, Bell, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Mack, Volvo, International

- Diagnose and repair equipment and truck issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and transmission issues.
- Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and trucks to identify potential problems and recommend necessary repairs.
- Use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed on vehicles.
- Collaborate with other mechanics and team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.

Experience
- Proven experience as an diesel mechanic, with a strong knowledge of heavy equipment and truck repair techniques and procedures.
- Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
- Experience working with various types of equipment, including heavy equipment, trucks, tractor-trailers, and agriculture equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
