Litigation Attorney - IP
Oakland County law firm is seeking a litigation attorney to join their law firm. Practice areas include intellectual property and business litigation, including trade secret, trademark, non-compete, and business separation cases.
We are seeking for a candidate that has three+ years of experience in business or IP litigation, as candidate will be involved in all stages from investigation to trial. This includes crafting strategies, distilling complex facts and legal issues into compelling arguments, writing briefs, managing discovery, interfacing with clients, and arguing in court. The law firm litigates cutting-edge cases in federal and state courts across the country, as its work ranges from protecting brands and technology to resolving critical business disputes. The cases demand strategic action and directly impact their clients' futures. They also advise and assist with contracts and transactions.
Candidate must be licensed and be in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan, have excellent research, analysis and writing skills.
