Lawyer for Negligence Firm

Established Bronx Plaintiffs' litigation firm seeks a lawyer to join us in prosecuting our personal injury, police misconduct, and medical malpractice cases.

This is a great opportunity to grow with the firm, with a possibility for partnership. Excellent research and writing skills are required. This position will require drafting Bills of Particulars, pleadings, and motions. It will also include attending court appearances and conducting depositions - in person and remotely.
