We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and mission‐driven Social Workers (LCSW‐C or LSW) to join our behavioral‐health team serving individuals and families throughout Baltimore City. The ideal candidate is committed to trauma‐informed, culturally responsive, and person‐centered care. This role provides clinical support, case management, and therapeutic services to clients with diverse mental health and social‐emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy depending on licensure and program needs.
  • Deliver trauma‐informed, strengths‐based interventions aligned with best practices.
  • Coordinate care with internal providers, community partners, and referral sources.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
  • Support crisis intervention, safety planning, and resource navigation for clients.
  • Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and Maryland COMAR regulations.

Qualifications

  • LCSW‐C or LSW licensed in the state of Maryland (LCSW‐C preferred for therapy‐focused roles).
  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, trauma, or co‐occurring disorders.
  • Strong understanding of trauma‐informed care, harm reduction, and recovery‐oriented practices.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with Baltimore City resources and community supports is a plus.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior work in outpatient mental health, school‐based services, community programs, or crisis response.
  • Experience with evidence‐based modalities such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, or EMDR.
  • Comfort working with diverse populations, including underserved and high‐need communities.
