Estimating Commercial HVAC Construction Projects from small T.I. work to large over 1 million square feet Industrial distribution warehouse. We have a diverse clientele and work on both wet side and dry side mechanical projects. From Surgery Centers to Office Buildings. You must have verifiable prior experience estimating for a minimum of 5 years. Be proficient using computers, word, Excel & Quote Soft Take off software. You should be experienced enough to be autonomous and work independently from taking off the sheet metal ductwork, equipment, piping, labor, sub-contractors and vendor bids by putting it all into one neat package with all costs covered and be in the correct profit margins. This is not in any way an entry level position.
