Job Description
PHYSICAL THERAPIST/PTA – Onsite Corporate Health Partner
Status: Full-Time
Compensation: $30-$48
Company: Total Rehab, Inc.
Location: Schreiber Foods Facility – Stephenville, Texas
Reimagine Physical Therapy. Reconnect to Purpose. As a comprehensive healthcare organization, Total Rehab, Inc. believes in providing healthcare services by thinking outside the box. We believe physical therapy should feel personal again - for patients and for clinicians. As the parent company, Total Rehab operates several private and occupational health clinics in multiple states. We also partner with organizations to manage onsite family practice medical and physical therapy clinics as a supplement to their benefits plan.
At Total Rehab, we intentionally bypass traditional insurance billing so you can focus on what actually matters - high‐quality care, thoughtful treatment plans, and genuine human connection. Focused visits. Fewer constraints. Better outcomes.
Why This Role is Different
We’re inviting a Physical Therapist/PTA to step into a rare opportunity: an onsite PT/PTA for Schreiber Care Clinic – a role embedded with our corporate partner, Schreiber Foods Inc., delivering private and occupational physical therapy in a model that removes insurance barriers and puts people first.
This is not a high‐volume clinic role.
This is not an insurance‐driven model.
This IS a chance to build real relationships and be part of something meaningful.
You’ll be onsite at Schreiber Foods in Stephenville, TX, supporting their partners (employees) & family members through:
Occupational health services
Private physical therapy care
Injury prevention and early intervention
Long-term wellness strategies
Schreiber Foods is an employee‐owned organization known for its strong values, people‐first culture, and deep commitment to the communities it serves. This corporate partner collaboration is not by accident – it is created because of an alignment in values, goals, and genuine care for people.
As a physical therapist practicing in a corporate setting, you will be a trusted partner, building relationships, educating, supporting, and becoming part of a workplace community that genuinely cares for its people.

Relocation package to support your transition to Stephenville – up to $10,000
A friendly, collaborative, and upbeat team that enjoys working together
A refreshing mix of occupational PT, injury prevention, and private traditional therapy
A stable, full‐time schedule with a healthy work‐life balance
