Licensed Vocational Nurse LVN - Office

We are searching for an office LVN to help carry out ancillary tasks in the office, including but not limited to:

Completion of all patient forms /letters received in our office. These include, but are not limited to, FMLA, Disability, Long-Term Insurance, Long-Term Care, medical necessity letters, etc. These forms require a strong clinical background and strong attention to detail for completion.

This position requires strong clinical knowledge in order to complete forms correctly.

Key Success Factors:

• Must be comfortable speaking with patients/patients' family members, and insurance companies.

Total Care 2 U is a local medical practice run by doctors dedicated to providing comprehensive primary and chronic/transitional care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Additionally, we coordinate services with home health agencies, hospitalists, assisted living, independent living, and CCRs. Our focus is partnering with doctors and facilities to create a patient-centered network for seniors with chronic illnesses.
