We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service , other related fields and leading team
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
SHAGGY'S BURGERS AND TACOS is located on Enterprise Way at the heart of Huntsville's Research Park. Our shagg-a-licious selection of foods includes a variety of items fresh from the grill including burgers and chili dogs as well as Tex-Mex favorites such as tacos and queso. All of our food is prepared with quality meats and fresh vegetables. Try favorites such as our mixed fries (regular and sweet potato!) or our delicious white queso. It doesn't start at lunch time; join us for the most important meal of the day and give our breakfast burritos, quesadillas and delicious biscuits a spin!
