We're a 44-unit QSR franchise in Las Vegas looking for a DM who will own a district of 6 locations — and actually care about the people running them. What You'll Own

• Day-to-day performance across 6 Las Vegas locations
• Developing your GMs into operators who don't need you to babysit them
• P&L accountability — labor, food costs, and hitting your bonus targets
• Setting the standard for operations, guest experience, and team culture
• Bringing solutions to your VP, not just problems

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years managing multiple QSR or fast casual locations
• A field-first mindset — you're in the stores, not behind a laptop
• Someone who builds loyalty in their teams, not just compliance
• Comfortable owning results and having direct conversations
• QSR background required — major brands preferred
