Talent Corps is growing in the Austin area seeking Skilled Sheet Metal Mechanics and Helpers to join our team. If you’re dependable, safety-minded, and take pride in quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Sheet Metal Mechanics:

• Fabricate, install, and modify sheet metal ductwork
• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Install HVAC duct systems in commercial and/or residential settings
• Ensure work meets code, safety, and quality standards

Sheet Metal Helpers:

• Assist mechanics with installation and fabrication
• Load/unload materials and tools
• Measure, cut, and assemble ductwork as directed
• Maintain a clean and safe job site

Qualifications

• Experience in sheet metal or HVAC construction preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Ability to lift materials and work in construction environments
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
