Multifamily Moveout Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to join our Residential Department.

If you have prior experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager in multifamily housing, this role will feel familiar and rewarding.

Essential Responsibilities

• Process move-out packages and handle security deposit dispositions.
• Calculate and verify move-out charges accurately.
• Submit move-out documentation promptly and accurately.
• Prepare, correct, and send formal documents to former residents via mail and email.
• Organize workflows to efficiently balance workload.
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate data entry.
• Perform general office tasks and maintain tenant records.
• Communicate move-out procedures effectively with tenants.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic calculator use.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proof of U.S. work eligibility.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
• Previous experience in multifamily housing is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager is a bonus.
