Location: Coplay / Harrisburg / Middletown / Carlisle
Position: Full-time / on-call with benefits, holiday, vacation, and sick time
Pay: hourly paid weekly - 40 hours a week guaranteed, plus overtime
PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE!
JOB DUTIES:
Perform on-site trailer repairs and maintenance
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues
Repair brakes, lights, doors, bumpers, and landing gear
Respond to service calls and provide timely solutions and quality repairs
complete service repair sheets, estimates, and take photos as needed
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience with trailer repair
Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as a team in the field
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Valid driver's license
Welding experience preferred*
Dependable, motivated, and safety-focused
