Skilled Carpenter

Labor Finders Paso Robles is looking for a carpenter who shows up, does quality work, and can represent a company well in front of clients. If that's you, this is steady, well-paying work with room to grow.

PAY & TYPE

• $30–$45/hour depending on verified experience
• Ongoing work with long-term placement potential
• Working interview on a live job site required before placement

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Framing and structural carpentry
• Deck building and repair
• Window and door installation
• Baseboards, trim, and finish work
• Siding and fascia installation
• Painting — interior, exterior, and trim
• Ladder work at height
• Job documentation via app (CompanyCam)
• Cabinet installation (preferred)
• Property management experience (preferred)

REQUIREMENTS — NO EXCEPTIONS

• Own tools, including a full tool belt
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Proven hands-on experience in the skills listed above
• Comfortable and safe working on ladders
• Strong communication — this is a client-facing role
• Able to follow set processes and checklists consistently
• Comfortable using smartphone apps for tracking and documentation
• Leadership or crew lead experience is a plus
