Position: RN Case Manager – Hospice
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Charting System: PCC
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Active RN license
- BLS certification required
- BSN not required
